My vintage clothing, shoes, and purses are lovingly curated with a deep appreciation for beauty, character, and that soulful 70’s vibe I adore. These pieces have lived stories before they find their way to you.

Because each offering is unique and chosen with heart, I ask that you read the following policies in that same spirit.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Handcrafted Body Oils
Because these are personal-use items, returns are limited.

Eligible for Refund or Replacement:

  • Unopened oils (within 14 days of delivery)

  • Opened oils only if there is a quality issue, such as:

    • Unusual smell

    • Leaking

    • Damage or contamination upon arrival

Not Eligible:

  • Opened oils without a quality concern

  • Oils purchased more than 14 days ago

If you ever receive an oil that isn’t right, please reach out with a photo and a description. I will always make it right. Your experience truly matters to me.

Handcrafted Jewelry
My jewelry is handmade, one-of-a-kind, and created with intuitive care. Because of its delicate and unique nature:

Eligible for Exchange or Store Credit:

  • Jewelry returned within 14 days in unused, unworn condition

Not Eligible:

  • Worn or damaged jewelry

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces

No refunds are offered on jewelry, but exchanges or store credit are available when pieces are returned in perfect condition.

Vintage Clothing, Shoes & Purses (Final Sale)

  • All vintage items are final sale.

  • These pieces are pre-loved and often one-of-a-kind. I provide detailed photos, measurements, and notes on condition so you can make an informed choice before purchasing.

No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for these items.

EXCHANGES

  • Exchanges are available for eligible jewelry items only.

  • Body oils may only be exchanged when there is a verified quality issue.

  • Vintage clothing, shoes, and accessories cannot be exchanged.

SHIPPING

  • Orders ship within 3–5 business days

  • Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments

Lost or stolen packages are not the responsibility of Witch Way Apothecary, but I’m happy to support you in navigating carrier claims if needed
